In Memoriam Lady Mary Holborow DCVO
We are deeply saddened that Lady Mary Holborow DCVO has passed away. She will be greatly missed by us all. Lady Mary established the Cornwall Community Foundation in 2003 and was the first Chair of the Foundation. Lady Mary was a Trustee until 2016 and last year became Vice President of the Foundation.
Local community groups awarded funding from Goonhilly Wind Farm Community Fund
REG Windpower are contributing to a fund to support good causes local to the Goonhilly Wind Farm. Since the beginning of 2012, the Goonhilly Community Fund has invested more than £200,000. At the Fund's recent Grant Panel meeting, a further £9500 was approved to support the work of local organisations.
Trustees for CCF
CCF has a number of trustees dedicated to helping caring organisations across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, as well as making it possible for donors to target their investments into the needs of the communities, in the knowledge that it will be spent effectively.
